My First Book Series

"My First Book" series was launched in the mid-1990s as a venue for children’s stories and drawings created and written by children. The successive editions of the series have formed a rich narrative and artistic archive that showcases the writings and drawings of children in Palestine, reflecting various shifts in their lives within the Palestinian context. This series mainly focuses on empowering children to express their experiences and perspectives, as well as nurture their creative, linguistic, and artistic skills. Moreover, it provides society and specialists a unique vantage point into the inner world of Palestinian children and their daily and cultural aspirations.
